| The
Potential Problem |
| Dirt,
dust, mold, pollen, and animal dander are re-circulated through our
air ducts every time we turn on our heat or air conditioner, combine this
with moisture and you have the ideal breeding ground for fungi, germs, and
household mold. Studies have shown that some diseases,
including salmonella, strep, and legionnaires disease are spread by
contaminated air ducts. The Environmental Protection Agency claims
that indoor air has been found to be up to 70 times more polluted than
outdoor air.
Now consider that most
people spend between 60% and 90% of their time indoors...
See our UV-Light Air Purification System!
The facts can be quite
alarming. |

|
| The
Best Equipment |
|
| We use the
most powerful extraction unit (vacuum) in the industry. Our extraction
units are powered by a Ford four-cylinder water-cooled engine. This
provides us with up to 11,000 CFM to insure the removal of all
contaminants and allergens from your home or office. The advanced design
results in high performance. This technology allows us to maintain a
higher horsepower rating during extended duty periods. The engine is mated
to a fan that supplies excellent suction power and drives the necessary
compressed air agitation devices. |

|
| Our
Proven Methods |
|
|
 |
Step 1.
We first remove the ventilation covers and suction out the openings and
retrieve all foreign objects in the openings.
|
 |
Step 2.
Then we place a color camera in the main plenums during our cleaning, you
can watch the color monitor as we use a smaller portable monitor to insure
the most thorough job possible.
|
 |
Step 3.
The minimal 8" opening for our extraction equipment is cut into the main plenums.
From
this opening all of the foreign matter will be removed from your house
directly to our disposal bins.
|
 |
Step 4.
Each shaft is cleaned out one at a time. All other openings are sealed. We
use air powered high pressure whips and/or rotary brushes to clean and scrub
the duct work. We have found this to be the only truly thorough method.
|
 |
Step 5.
After all the shafts are cleaned, we then clean the main plenum.
|
 |
Step 6.
A sanitizing fog is worked through the ventilation system eliminating all
the
microscopic contaminants from your ductwork.
|
 |
Step 7.
The plenum is then patched and sealed using a 10" patch and
pressure containment.
|
 |
Step 8.
You and your family or office staff breath cleaner, healthier air.
|
| |
Step 9.
We then clean out the clothes dryer exhaust vent, standard with every job at
no additional cost. |

The Best
Technicians |

We Send The
Right People Trained To Do The Job Right...The First Time. A trained and
skilled professional cleaning and sanitation technician operates the
equipment on this van and trailer. Our technicians have made this industry
their career, not a part time or temporary job. We won't send out some
barely trained kid or part time worker to clean your carpet, upholstery,
hard surfaces, or air ducts. We have worked hard establishing our
reputation. We won't risk it on sending some one less than qualified to
any job site. |
